Soil-Tech is proud to have assembled a team of industry leaders that are passionate about our customers, products, and our environment

Jerry Stanley – CEO

Soil-Tech's Founder and Visionary developed his views of environmental responsibility and his work ethic while growing up in and around the desert in Las Vegas. Jerry's lifelong commitment to preserving the natural environment of the Mojave Desert, and restoring native environments after construction disturbance, have been the keystone to the vision for Soil-Tech's business.

Jeremy Fritz – President

The silver lining to the downturn in the Las Vegas real estate market for Soil-Tech was the ability to attract experienced executives and managers with a knowledge and understanding about managing growing companies. Jeremy's past experience with Pulte Homes as a customer of Soil-Tech made his transition to his new role very simple. With a strong understanding of Soil-Tech's commitment to customer service, Jeremy knows what Soil-Tech's clients expect, and what they need to have a successful project.

Jeff Deason – Vice President of Operations

Before joining Soil Tech, Jeff spent 10 years with Pulte Homes managing land development projects including large scale infrastructure, residential, and Community Parks. During Jeff's time with Pulte he relied heavily on Soil Tech for his Native Revegetation, Permeon, and Dust Control. During this 10 year relationship Jeff realized the philosophy for Soil Tech was very simply, take care of the customer and everything else will take care of itself. This philosophy and commitment is what drew Jeff to become a part of the Soil Tech family.

Brian Esposito – Vice President of Business Development

Brian is native to Pennsylvania and a graduate of Penn State University. He moved to Las Vegas in April of 1998 and took a great liking to the dry Mojave Desert climate. Brian has a passion for the outdoors, golfing and fishing. It was this same passion that attracted him to join the team at Soil Tech in 2006. Sharing the same values as the company, Brian enjoys meeting with current and new clients to provide solutions to their issues. Brian's experience in the construction and hospitality industry has given him the combination of skills that fit perfectly with Soil-Tech's vision of "balancing construction with nature".
