Anthem East Trails Phase 1

As a part of its agreement with the City of Henderson, Pulte Homes hired Soil-Tech to build an ADA accessible trail that would provide the residents of Anthem a place to enjoy the desert while staying on a safe trail. Soil-Tech utilized recycled asphalt as the surface of the trail and restored the disturbed desert with revegetation and Permeon™.

Coyote Springs Mountain Bike Park

Providing easier access to remote desert habitat, while minimizing actual and potential disturbance to the environment requires an extremely delicate balance. When Pardee Homes wanted to create a trail system to allow biking, hiking, and running enthusiasts a way to access the remote areas within its Coyote Springs development, Soil-Tech hand-built a trail that allowed the protection of the native environment, while also providing accessibility for people to experience its beauty.

Soil-Tech applies environmentally safe stabilized DG, native, and other trail stabilization products to create natural walking, biking, hiking, and equestrian paths to allow access to the beauty of the desert while protecting sensitive areas from disturbance. Soil-Tech uses hand labor and small tools to minimize the disturbance to the native habitat.

Nature trails artfully crafted by Soil-Tech include the Anthem East Trails, Pulte Mesquite, Coyote Springs Mountain Bike Park, and our own demonstration garden in Las Vegas. All of these trails allow users to experience the beauty of nature while preserving our environment.
